• The Bank has no policy to inquire about financial data, personal data or information, user ID, password or PIN code with its customer either via telephone, e-mail or any other channel. If you find that such action has been taken, please inform the Bank's Call Center at tel. 02-111-1111 or contact any Bank branch convenient for you in using the Bank's service.
• The Bank will store your personal data for the purpose of the Bank's business operation including development of various products and service to meet the customer needs in a lawful manner and only in accordance with relevant criteria.
• The Bank may utilize "cookie", which is a small file installed in your personal computer to enable efficient functioning which you are using the Bank website. The functioning of such cookie will and when you log-off from using the Bank website. On same occasion, the Bank may use your basic data or information on using its website for analysis in order to further develop or enhance the product and service to better respond to the customer needs.
