Krungthai Bank PCL., (“ the Bank”) has utilize high standard of information security called “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)”, which is a technology of security protocol in accessing encryption data at a level of 256 bits (256-bits encryption) in order to encrypt the data that are transmitted via internet each time that you conduct financial transaction via the Bank’s internet. SSL intercepts any data capturer on transaction so that he/she is unable to use such data further through system in which the Bank has received VeriSign Certificate issued by VeriSign Inc. a company of international security standards.
Data Encryption
Highly important data such as password will be encrypted by using complex algorithm before storing the data in the system as a one-way data encryption for comparing with the data obtained from customer only.
Firewall
The Bank has installed multi-layer Firewall to perform the duty of data protection. This can be compared with a security officer at the front door who does not allow any stranger to login to or logout from the system.
Intrusion Detection
A software used for verification and issuance of warning message immediately in the system.
Anti-virus Software
Each and every computer of the Bank has been installed with Anti-virus Software of high efficiency and such software is regularly updated.
Lock Password
In case of entering wrong password for three times, the system will cancel your service use so as to prevent any access to use your account or card to conduct fraudulent. Financial transaction.
Auto-Logout
If the customer using the Bank’s Verified by Visa service does not logout from the system after use or leaves the monitor screen without typing or conducting any transaction on the screen within the specified by the Bank, the system will conduct the “Auto-Logout” automatically.
